Our Nessa Express menu runs Monday to Friday, from 5pm to 6:30pm, crafted with the same care and creativity as our evening service, just with a quicker tempo. Start with Nutbourne Tomato with ricotta, torn croutons, basil and nasturtium, before moving on to Cornish Red Chicken with girolles, grelot onion, Charlotte potatoes and Madeira jus, or Herefordshire Aubergine with Ragstone, fennel dressing and toasted hazelnuts.
Finish on a sweet note with Sticky Toffee Pudding with salted caramel and Madagascan vanilla ice cream. British flavours, seasonal produce and a little indulgence, all perfectly timed for curtain up.
