Artist Maja Rybicka joins us at Nessa, a London-based creative whose story pulses with Soho’s artistic heartbeat. This season, she’s exploring what it means to be “always the cool mum, never the bride.” Through painting, poetry and photography, she transforms raw feeling into abstract forms, a visual diary of emotion and release.

Soundtracking the evening is fashion-forward Mars Montana, a selector with a flair for high-energy sets that move through house, disco and euphoric pop. With sets at Mighty Hoopla and Paris Fashion Week for Nina Ricci under their belt, Mars is the disco demon setting the scene for a Pride week brimming with colour, creativity and a touch of rebellion. 

Zara Muse is the artistic alter ego of Alexandra Johnson – a contemporary painter whose vibrant, textured works celebrate emotion, nature, and the beauty of human connection. Working with palette knife and spatula, her technique brings a sculptural dimension to the canvas, creating bold, layered compositions that honour feminine energy and feeling. In collaboration with Grove Gallery, Zara joins us to share her creative process and stories behind the surface.

Robi Walters is a London-based artist renowned for transforming discarded materials into vibrant, meditative collages that reflect themes of renewal and transformation. His work has been exhibited internationally, most recently in Reframing Homelessness at the Saatchi Gallery in collaboration with Prince William’s Homewards initiative and the Eleven Eleven Foundation.

Ethan Porte is a BRIT-nominated international DJ and music producer from London, known for his genre-blending sets and vibrant energy. A regular on Capital Xtra and Reprezent Radio, he has performed for major brands like Adidas, Red Bull, and Ministry of Sound, and played internationally across Europe, including Monaco, Malta, and Portugal.

In collaboration with Brave Projects, this salon will spotlight an emerging voice from their bold and fast-rising roster—artist to be announced soon. Brave is known for championing new talent and building genuine connection between artists, curators, and collectors.

Bringing the energy after dark are Wolf & Weaver—a DJ duo with the spirit of the Summer of ’89 and the track record to match, lighting up dance floors from KOKO to the National Theatre with their signature house sound.

Nazanin Moradi is a London-based multidisciplinary artist working across painting, digital art, and performance. Her work explores the body as a site of transformation—shifting between timelines, selves, and states of being. Blurring abstraction and figuration, her dreamlike compositions investigate ritual, motion, and the liminal spaces we inhabit. Join us to discuss the body as portal and the power of art to reimagine identity.

Joining Nazanin is Sloan of Glasgow’s Lezure Collective, making a rare Soho appearance. A key figure in the city’s experimental scene, Sloan brings depth, precision, and a broad-reaching knowledge of electronic music—shaping sets that prioritise feeling over hype.

Joining us with Hope 93 Gallery, Emily Gillbanks is a London-based painter whose abstract works explore the tension between instinct and structure. Through layers of colour, repetition, and mark-making, she builds visual rhythms that feel both meditative and dynamic. Recently exhibiting with Hope 93 Gallery, her practice invites us to sit with ambiguity and find meaning in the in-between. Join us to discuss process, presence, and the emotional language of abstraction.

Cultural vanguard, Demi Abiola graces our decks for the evening. Demi developed his signature sounds and broad set list over many years, steeped in the London soul, hip hop, and house music scene. Sharing music that is good for and nourishes the Soul, expect an eclectic mix of Funk, Disco, House, Hip-hop, RnB, Afrobeats, and Soul from new, old & upcoming artists.

Emily Peers is a painter whose landscapes capture the quiet intensity of place. Working in oil on canvas, her practice reflects a deep sensitivity to the natural world, drawing on memory, mood, and the emotional weight of terrain. Join us and explore how she builds atmosphere through paint, and the stories that emerge from land and light.

We’ve paired Emily with Sound Sensei, EARTHTONE for the evening’s Salon, who exemplifies mastery through both live and electronic mediums, resonating R&B instrumental beats with the elements of the earth. From immersive listening experiences to producing your favourite upcoming artists’ EP, EARTHTONE is a multi-talented phenomenon.

Bones Tan Jones is a multidisciplinary artist and musician whose practice weaves ritual, ecology, and identity into immersive, otherworldly experiences. Rooted in queer, spiritual, and decolonial narratives, their work moves fluidly between performance, sculpture, and sound—often blurring the line between ceremony and art. In this salon, we’ll explore the power of myth-making, resistance through creativity, and what it means to channel collective healing.

NARX, producer and DJ joins us on the decks for Salon of the Unruly. A darling of London’s underground music scene, NARX’s versatile, smooth cuts never fail to guide us precisely through the pulse of what you’re about to musically obsess over. Grace McNerney will be our second artist in residence at Nessa. Working across drawing, sculpture, and installation, Grace explores materiality, memory, and the strange poetics of the everyday. Her practice invites a slow looking — and a sense that something familiar might be quietly shifting.

Grace is paired with Ash-Très; with over 15 years of DJing across the London nightlife scene, Ash has a command over a huge blend of genres from Rhythm ‘n’ Blues (classic & neo), Hip Hop and House, to UKG. Fresh from his LA tour, catch him behind the decks anywhere from stadiums to intimate underground sound dens.

Kira Somerset joins us for our very first Salon of the Unruly. A multidisciplinary talent with a flair for the quietly surreal, Kira’s work weaves together illustration, storytelling, and a touch of the uncanny. Expect to see the everyday reimagined in unexpected and evocative ways.
